As a prerequisite to the admission and continued enrollment of my child at Del Rosario Christian Institute, Inc., I hereby agree, guarantee, and manifest the following:

1. That my child shall abide by all rules and regulations of Del Rosario Christian Institute, Inc., including those that may be issued from time to time by the school authorities.
2. That I promise to pay Del Rosario Christian Institute, Inc. on or before the prescribed due dates.
3. That I was duly informed of the fees to be paid during the school year/s, which I find fair and reasonable, and that I fully conform to said fees.
4. I understand that enrollment is for the entire school year/s applied for, and I undertake to pay the full amount of the school year/s fees regardless of my child’s continuation or non-continuation during the said school year/s.
5. That I have inspected the school facilities and found them satisfactory.
6. That I allow my child to participate in field trips and school activities scheduled during the school year.
7. That no refund shall be granted for any fees paid.
8. That all payments made are non-transferable.
9. I hereby certify that I have read, understood, and agree to all the conditions stated above.
